• Scan History: Product scan history saved optionally by you

2.3 Camera and Photos

Our app requires camera access to scan product labels. Photos are processed only for analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers. Images are deleted from our systems after the analysis is completed.

We use the collected information to:

• Improve service quality and develop new features
• Detect and resolve technical issues

• Scan History: Until deleted by you (you can delete anytime)
• Analysis Data: 24 months
• Support Records: 3 years

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad

• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data
• Object to unfavorable outcomes arising from fully automated analysis of your processed data
• Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing
